Thomas Scudder is a suspect in the murder of Nicholas Otto. He has been found lurking around Otto's office and acting suspicious around town. We believe he might be trying to cover his tracks. It is your job to collect evidence against him and try to find anything that will lead to his whereabouts so he can be prosecuted.
